Our Scope

Our scope involved designing a modular skid system that could be easily adjusted based on the motor size.

Key Tasks Included

  • Modular Design: Creating a flexible skid structure to fit various motor sizes.
  • Structural Engineering: Ensuring the skid’s load-bearing capacity was sufficient to handle different motor weights.
  • Piping and Supports: Designing appropriate routing for cooling and operational pipes, including supports and fixtures.
  • Finite Element Analysis (FEA): Conducting FEA to evaluate the stress distribution and structural integrity of the test setup.
  • Manufacturing Drawings: Preparation of detailed fabrication and assembly drawings for production.
